Will the Mariners win the AL West if they can keep it up?

Remember how terrible they played last season including losing 101 games. This season has been different. They are off to a 12-6 start. With the Angels struggling with injuries the AL West is up for grabs. But the Mariners aren't slowing down this season so far. So could it be the Mariners that will come out on top by season's end?
