Cancellation in Deportation Proceedings?
If someone is in deportation proceedings, and has a child that is 15 years old, does cancellation apply? I have asked two different lawyers, and gotten two different answers. One says that cancellation does apply regardless of deportation proceedings, and the other says that cancellation cannot apply during deportation proceedings. Which is correct?
