Severe Crime question please help?????/?

i was acused of having dumped a coach a refrigarator and a sofa at a public place it is true i had a refrigeator on my pickup and i gave it to salvation army its that i stopped on the side road next to dumpster i think and called my friend then drove to salvation army. then today police go to my house giving me a ticket saying i commited a crime with no proof and i have to pay 219.00 just because someone said something im pleading not giulty what else can i do or say in court ? thanks
