I'm 18 and have cancer and want to go on holiday with my friend(s).?

On New years eve I was diagnosed with Lymphoma cancer. My friends have been awesome and really supportive, even cutting their hair. I was given a leaflet that me about free holidays for cancer patients and their family's, thing is, because of the care out animals require, there has be someone with them most of the time and so I've not been on holiday for 3-4 years. I want to have a holiday with one or more mates, even if it is somewhere close. I was wondering if anyone had any information that could help me.
