SvR 2010-How come in Orton's RTW you reverse 3 of Batista attacks then Undertaker comes and you fail the goal?

Whenever i face Batista in Orton's RTW i reverse 3-5 of his attacks and then Undertaker comes and it says i failed the goal, why does this happen, should i pin him and win before Undertaker comes and when does he come out? - Smackdown vs Raw 2010 PlayStation 2 -
