Please help what should i have as my number one prioity?

i have a ipod but i dont think so any more casue i let this one kid borrow it but he hasnt gave it back. it was been over a month. He said that he left it at a hotel and had to go get it but doesnt know when he will. I like this one girl.... i dont really know her, she is sooooooo beautiful. I really want money. im 14 in 9th grade. I am into basketball and im workin on my vertical leap. I have soo much goin on in my life and most of it is bad sooo i neeb YOUR help. The kid with my ipod is not in any of my cles. i have lent it to him befor aand he has given it back. I baught Therichjerk.com and it costs alot to start like 150 i have enough but i wanna know if i should. I NEED help whit the girl PLEASE anything will help.
