Why do people say Dominicans are self-haters?

I'm half Dominican and half Ethiopian and i cl myself as black...Yes it's true a lot of Dominicans are self-haters believe me i would know (I've been to the Dominican Republic so many times) and have met plenty of them to come to that conclusion but not all of us are self haters oh and btw i've seen your previous questions and i know your a dumb troll.
