Sims2 cheats/questions! please help!?

does anyone know how to reincarnate Bella Goth? She accidentaly died on my sims and i need to know if theres a cheat that can bring the dead sims back. Also is there a cheat that lets you move your sims into different towns, like from Strangetown to Pleasentview? thnx
