My Mom had a cookbook with a recipe called Omelet Sandwich Puff. It was in the 80s and the book was red. I think it was either Better Homes and Gardens or Betty Crocker. We loved it so much that the page is now missing. I want to make them for my husband but I don't remember exactly how to cook the eggs. Basically it has toast on the bottom, eggs that look like an omelet on top, then American cheese, and then egg white on top. Any help would be awesome!
