My sister is a crazy driver and does doughnuts in parking lots like an idiot! HELP! any adivce?

There is not much you can do. This is one of the sober truths about driving - you control your vehicle, not the vehicles of others. Eventually she will grow out of it or get nabbed for her stupid behavior. Either way, you don't want to have any part of it.
