Moslems ask if their prophet were not sent by God then where did this come from?

I went to the website you listed and to me I think it's a stretch to use those verses to say Muhammed understood all those theories. As well, many similar scriptures were already written in the Torah (Old testament) . Anyways, the test for a prophet is not whether he has been given knowledge by a nonhuman being but whether he speaks the truth about God and His ways.
