yeah i dont think im fat but i would like a six pack when i flex, and i dont want it really toned or anything because im a girl. i just want people to tell i have a toned bony when i wear a swim suit. :) thank you. Would loosing 5 pounds be too much for me? and please suggest work outs, and please estimate how long it would take me to get the six pack. i dont play any sports and i work out sometimes. and im 15 by the way. thanks!
