I was bleeding heavily and ped clots last week when i was about 6 weeks pregnant.?

I had a sonogram the same day, was told need to go back for another sonogram this week. i am still bleeding but very light, more like spotting, and i still have all the pregnancy symptoms.Is it pable i am still pregnant? Thanks.
