Atheists, are you positively 100% sure that no creator exists?

Would you say it's less that 100%? No one can be 100% sure about anything. If so, why take risks? Please don't give me that Pascal Theory thing, because that theory makes perfect sense. If there is a 1% possibility that God exists, why would anyone take risks knowing that it can lead them to eternal hell? We're not discussing one or two years here. It's about the eternity, so I'd say only a person who doesn't care about himself would take such a big risk as not believing in a higher creator.
